Experienced Butcher required

As Jonathan leaves us after 9 years of loyal service, to further his education and a new career, we are looking for an experienced Butcher to join our team of staff.   All our staff have remained loyal for long periods of employment ranging between 8 and 24 years and hope this reflects on the nature of employment.   We are looking for a person with some experience and knife skills who will be prepared to work in both our Retail Shop and Meat PreparationUnit, boneing out meat carcasses,  preparation of joint, cuts and order, sausage making etc, preparation of cooked meats and serving the retail customer.  If you have experience in the butchery trade and are seeking work in the Aberystwyth area, then please contact us directly to discuss the work involved.
