29 July 1991 I opened my own Butcher Shop trading as Rob Rattray Butchers from 8 Chalybeate Street at Aberystwyth. 30 years on, I am still trading from the shop, with a separate Butchery Unit and farming enterprise supplying the business. I started with one full time and one part time employee. We are now a team of 8 full timers and extra casual workers. Thanks to all our customers for your support over the years.
