Blue Texels from the Rattray Flock were placed 2nd and 4th in a very strong line up of Shearling Ewes at the Worcester on 5 September. Selling for £950 to the Harding family of Cefnypwll, Abermule was second placed ewe RATTRAYS WICKED LADY, sired by Imported Werbrouck 4212-0814 and home bred dam Rattrays Tudoria. The 4th placed shearling RATTRAYS WISHFUL THINKING, out of the same sire and another home bred ewe Rattrays Tywysoges, joins the Severn View flock at Caerafon Farm, Caersws. The ram lamb, Rattrays X-Box sold at £740 also goes to Caersws, to the Jarman family of Glangwdan.
