Rattrays Verona RAT/12/00009 (Lot No 1454) was placed Champion Female at todays pre-sale breed show at Builth Wells. She was 1st in the Shearling ewe class and went on to become female champion whilst her half sister Rattrays Vera RAT/12/00012 (lot no. 1455) was placed 4th in the same class.
Rattrays Blue Texels entered for the NSA Ram Sale at Builth Wells on Monday 23rd September 2013 include 4 Shearling Ewes and 2 Shearling Rams. All are sired by the Penybec ram PGA/09/3061R and by our own homebred females who are all descendants of the Imported ewes 08480/0611 & 8480/0616. Entries to be sold in Ring 6 (lot numbers 1453-1456) are females RAT/12/00015; RAT/12/00009; RAT/12/00012; RAT/12/00017; and shearling rams Lot No 1522 & 1523 are RAT/12/00013 and RAT/12/00020 – who is a full brother to the prize winning shearling ram at the 2012 NSA Sale “Rattrays Tom Zandt”.
