Great to have a surprise visit from Nick Zalick at the shop today! Nick helped me immensely as a young butcher in the 80 & 90’s, training us new techniques in boning, cutting and displaying our lamb. He was a great support as I ventured into my own business in 1991. Thanks Nick. Don’t leave it another 17 years!.
